About me

With more than 25 years of Operational Excellence experience in various industries across Europe, South America and Asia, I have learnt to work with different cultures and environments. I speak four languages and I’m working towards learning my fifth.

My early career was with the PSA Peugeot Citroen group (now Stellantis) in England and France and has since expanded globally working alongside world leaders in manufacturing.

I am as passionate about setting and reinforcing efficient Management Systems in support of long-term objectives as I am developing Reliability frameworks supported by CMMS.

I believe People and their skills are the true asset of companies. My experience allows me to empower, train and support teams take ownership of their actions. As a result, problems are solved, and results follow.

In my spare time, you will find me supporting my local community and I often get caught doing safety cover for a youth sailing club.
